Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Mentorship:
  • Embark on an extensive training program tailored to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the recruitment industry.
  • Benefit from personalised mentorship and guidance from experienced consultants, empowering you to thrive in your role.
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
  • Learn the art of candidate sourcing and engagement to identify top talent in the Aviation, Automotive, and Logistics sectors.
  • Assist in conducting candidate interviews and assessments to assess suitability for various roles.
  1. Client Interaction and Relationship Building:
  • Shadow senior consultants to understand client requirements and expectations, contributing to client engagement and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise in specialised sectors.
  1. Market Research and Strategy:
  • Engage in market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging players, and recruitment strategies, enabling you to contribute valuable insights.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies, aligning with industry demands and agency objectives.
