Software DeveloperSalary: Up to £70,000 + Performance Bonus (up to 10%)An innovative technology company is seeking a Software Developer to join their growing team. This organisation is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and security-focused applications that protect users across multiple platforms.As part of the backend development team, you will play a key role in building and optimising systems that power customer onboarding, account management portals, and APIs for a suite of security products. This is an opportunity to work on high-traffic applications in a fast-paced environment, using modern technologies and best practices.In this role, you will be responsible for:Designing, developing, and improving backend systems.Converting complex problems into scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance performance and security.Establishing best practices and mentoring other developers.Optimising code performance using profiling tools and TDD workflows.To be successful in this role, you will have:Strong commercial experience with PHP.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably Google Cloud Platform).Knowledge of Kubernetes (beneficial).Experience working with GoLang would be beneficialExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Package & Benefits:Salary up to £70,000 + performance-related bonus (up to 10%)10% performance related bonusCompany pension and private healthcareAccess to wellness benefits and lifestyle perksOpportunities for professional development and trainingThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and work on innovative products that make a real impact in the digital security space.
