The legal team is a well-established and friendly team supporting the whole business across a wide range of activities. We are seeking a commercial lawyer with experience of complex commercial agreements and outsourcing and procurement to join this welcoming group.


The position will focus primarily on commercial contracts, some very large and complex, with both private business and public sector organisations. Experience of negotiating a range of large and complex commercial agreements is required, and outsourcing or procurement knowledge, particularly public procurement processes, would be highly advantageous.


This is an exciting and fast-paced role which will require you to work both autonomously and with the team at different times. You must be able to operate in a busy environment with a high volume of contacts and work under pressure to manage multiple deadlines. The workload will be varied and challenging and no two days are the same To thrive you must enjoy working in an agile environment and be adaptable.


Ideally, we are seeking a commercial lawyer, that has had at least 2+ years’ experience in negotiating, drafting, reviewing and managing business contracts and procurement processes.

The role can be performed on a hybrid basis and we are open to discussing location.
