Digital Project Manager (Wordpress) – Kent - £45,000


Description

My client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Project Manager with expertise in WordPress. As our Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing various digital projects, with a focus on WordPress website development and optimization. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a passion for all things digital, we would love to hear from you


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and optimization
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all digital projects and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
  • Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends in WordPress website development and digital project management
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful project delivery


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proficient in WordPress website development, including theme customization, plugin management, and responsive design
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
