Our client in West Yorkshire are looking for an advanced clinical pharmacist Band 8a to work in their hospital.


You must have the following experience.


  • Demonstrable substantial post registration as a pharmacist including experience in mental health.
  • Hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Provision of medicines information/ advise/ education to service users, carers and healthcare professionals
  • Evidence of active involvement in audit, service improvement/ change and project work
  • In the management of staff, services and/ or resources or the equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with persons with mental health problems
  • Working in other sectors of the pharmacy profession eg primary care, community
  • Experience of using Pharmacy Dispensary, Patient Record and Medicines Information systems
  • Supervision of staff
  • Working with other specialist services such as Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Substance Misuse service
  • Research and Development
  • Production of procedures/guideline
