We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to join our client in the North West England region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of digital innovation, driving change and embedding digital tools into everyday project delivery.


This role bridges the gap between engineering and delivery functions, leveraging collaborative practices to bring digital strategies to life. You’ll work closely with delivery teams, supported by central and regional digital leads, while also benefiting from training and development opportunities across a wide spectrum of digital delivery tools.


The role focuses on four main aspects:


1. Regional Strategic and Management Support

  • Drive the adoption of the digital delivery agenda within the framework, fostering a culture of change and innovation.
  • Manage the maturity matrix of the digital delivery toolbox to meet strategic commitments.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to build a team that delivers the digital strategy.
  • Report progress to core digital teams, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies.


2. Regional Rehearsal Facilitation

  • Develop a regional rehearsal strategy, incorporating tools, techniques, and training into business-as-usual processes.
  • Facilitate digital rehearsals for projects and coach team members in rehearsal facilitation.
  • Utilise and develop 4D models using Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, with full training and support provided.


3. Collaboration Platform Development

  • Lead the adoption and integration of BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform into project delivery.
  • Serve as the regional champion for BIM 360 Field, providing training, support, and building a library of learning resources.
  • Capture and analyze production control metrics to enhance the platform's use.


4. Digital Implementation and Support

  • Ensure digital tools are implemented effectively and deliver maximum efficiencies.
  • Proactively address system issues and seek synergies in regional processes.
  • Continuously advocate for the right tools at the right time to improve project outcomes.


We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:


Essential:

  • Demonstrated success in implementing change management and driving digital agendas at a business level.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering and operational teams to integrate digital tools effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Management requirements.
  • A genuine passion for new technologies and their application throughout the project lifecycle to maximize value.
  • Proficiency in educating and training teams on digital toolsets.
  • Confidence in presenting and hosting webinars to advance digital maturity within the organization.

Desirable:

  • Experience with 4D modeling and platforms such as Synchro.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 Field or similar collaboration platforms.
