Are you an experienced Cloud & Service Transition Architect ready to lead digital transformation projects across the UK public sector?


We’re seeking a strategic and innovative architect to design and deliver cutting-edge cloud and service solutions tailored to complex client needs. This role requires both technical depth and a consultative approach, bridging client requirements with the latest in cloud and service architecture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Development: Design robust cloud and hosting solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid setups, ensuring adaptability and scalability.
  • Service Solution Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end design and roll-out of service architectures tailored to client needs, from concept through to full implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and tech teams, ensuring solutions align with client and regulatory standards.
  • Innovation & Compliance: Identify new technology trends and integrate industry standards, including SOC1, SOC2, and ITIL, into service frameworks.


Ideal Qualifications

  • Cloud Expertise: Advanced experience with Azure and AWS (certifications preferred), and expertise in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Service Management Proficiency: Background in IT Service Management (ITIL certification a plus) and experience with SLAs and compliance frameworks.
  • Public Sector Familiarity: Previous experience with government or defence projects and familiarity with Government Digital Standards is highly valued.


Additional Details

  • Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in Horsham, with additional visits to client sites as needed.
  • Clearance Requirement: SC clearance eligibility required.
