Internal Sales Manager
The Role: The Internal Sales Manager is a growth position as our client is creating a brand new 'Infrastructure Division' in which you will be leading the internal sales function. In this role the Internal Sales Manager's team will be selling a market-leading array of ground shoring, formwork/falsework, scaffolding, and specialised temporary engineering solutions on a hire basis into Main Contractors & Civil Engineering businesses working on a host of construction & infrastructure projects throughout the UK. On appointment, the Internal Sales Manager will be able to build their own Internal Sales team in Brentwood and also have the responsibility of some key accounts themselves. Borne out of growth, this role is extremely attractive to someone who has a background in technical hire solutions in the construction sector, who wants to step-up their level of responsibility, and be the go-to person from a knowledge base perspective.
The role is office based in the main, but there is some flexibility work from home and the potential for a little bit of travel to clients if required. The role is brand new which is exciting and gives this person complete autonomy to grow & influence this sector their way.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Sales experience within the construction engineering sector - preferably from a formwork/falsework/engineering solutions background
- Have a track record with new business and account management
- Either have sales leadership experience, or want to grow into a sales leader
- Have sold a technical, or design led, construction solution
- Full & Clean Driving license
- Are verse in selling direct to end users
Salary: £70,000 Basic Salary + annual profit share scheme, £600 p/m car allowance, 25 days plus stats, generous pension contribution, healthcare options, wider business employee benefits platform.
