Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting a Store Manager for a really exciting bike store in Nottingham. Our client actively encourages you to get out and be active and that is what they are looking for in their next leader someone who has a passion for cycling as well as a strong business acumen.
You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and support with the technical knowledge of the products being sold. You will be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance are achieved. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, including implementing any commercial moves to drive the success of the store.
Store Manager Benefits:

Experience and background:
- Retail experience at either Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
- Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
- Ability to make commercial decisions based on external factors
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance
- Drive to succeed, in making your store a success
- Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis
- Able to identify opportunities to maximise sales utilising the community and social media
