Senior Designer – £45k + Bonus – Agency – Manchester City Centre

Our client is a Manchester City Centre based Creative Agency who will give you the opportunity to work with amazing clients from start-ups to global organisations, across a range of sectors.

As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the visual identity and creative direction of our client’s projects. Leading a passionate team of designers, you will collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality creative outputs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide the studio team alongside the Design Director.
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various mediums including digital and print.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery.
  • Interpret briefs from clients and colleagues to produce impactful design solutions.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role (minimum 6+ years).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, particularly for standout brands.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in 3D, motion design, and AI (preferred but not essential).
