They are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their high-achieving engineering team and help them lead their technology function.


You will be joining and leading a collaborative and diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech.


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):


  • To provide technical influence and thought leadership driving maturity in CI/CD/DevSecOps, test automation and technical standards. To champion technical excellence, best practice and continuous improvement within Software Engineering teams. To provide practice expertise and technical mentoring & coaching.
  • To lead the build, configuration, validation and maintenance of internally developed/configured applications & products within a Value Stream construct
  • Evolve and shape, with peers, the Engineering standards, principles, practices and roadmaps to reflect changes in technologies and engineering community trends. Encourage, mentor and coach Engineering Team members (individually or as a group) to develop their skills and practices.


Job Requirements:


  • Extensive experience with C#, .Net Core (Minimum 5 Years)
  • Extensive experience with Azure
  • Proven experience of driving and using modern dev practices like BDD, TDD, CI/CD- DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Azure DevOps preferable)
  • Excellent technical coaching and mentoring skills
  • Proactively drives own career development, leveraging own strengths and addressing development needs
  • Deep understanding of key industry trends (financial, technology, legislation) to challenge and shape Just’s business in line with business purpose.
