IT Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to provide reliable IT support and excellent customer service within an educational environment. This role involves working closely with senior management, IT staff, and students to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of a dynamic and agile educational setting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the training and development of IT staff, promoting a high standard of service delivery.

The IT Technician will be part of the IT and Digital Services Team and report to the Network Manager. The position is based primarily at one site, with occasional support required at a nearby location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet organizational and user needs.
  • Supporting and training IT staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
