Our client, a large and thriving in-house creative agency based in West London is seeking an Assistant Producer to work on below the line campaigns. The role will be starting ASAP through until the end of the year.


BTL Assistant Producers are dedicated to certain business areas, but work with multiple Producers and Stakeholders. This encourages a breadth of learning opportunity and understanding of how the company works. This role is both creative and administrative ie, briefing creative teams, but also having a firm grasp on the detail of a project, from scheduling meetings to booking resource and being a central point of communication between Stakeholder, Creative, Resource Management and Studio.


Minimum requirements:

  • 2 year + experience working in a creative agency, or relevant university degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; is calm under pressure.


Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support Producers / Senior Producers on larger campaigns – particularly during delivery phase of production.
  • Own smaller / one channel campaigns
  • Create timings plans for smaller / one channel campaigns
  • Manage and book internal and external meetings throughout production process
  • Brief creative teams and oversee creative development process ensuring work delivers against brief
  • Manage stakeholder review process ensuring timings and budget are adhered to throughout the full lifecycle of each project
  • Maintain team documents including resource, project status and budget trackers.


This role offers a hybrid set up, with three days working from the company offices and two days from home. It operates INSIDE IR35, please note the rate listed here is a day rate.
