Role Description

Our Dundee showroom is seeking an individual for a full-time, on-site role as a Bathroom Sales & Design professional.


The role involves working within an existing team and providing customers with their bathroom design needs, providing product information and solutions, and conducting face to face sales.


The role will be located at the Dundee showroom (not remote) and to cover the showroom opening hours.


Overview

5 day working week with the showroom open 6 days a week. The showroom is closed on a Sunday.


The applicant should have the following...


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.


  • A professional appearance, attitude and approach will be a key to success.


  • Experience in sales is not essential but a plus.


  • A keen eye for design and the ability to advise customers on layout and product selection.


  • A team player who is willing to assist with all business duties required.


  • To be able to self manage your workload, appointments and duties.


  • Experience in the bathroom or home improvement industry is not essential but a plus.


  • The ability to use a PC is required.


  • The ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is required.


  • An understanding of Graphic


  • Our EPOS and CAD software training would be provided in-house and ongoing.


  • Product training is ongoing in-house with manufacturers and suppliers.
