About You

  • Three year’s experience in management or a supervisory position in a leisure facility, golf resort, or hotel.
  • You possess polished leadership and coaching skills.
  • Confident in driving sales and increasing membership subscriptions.
  • A hands-on management style.
  • You live or are willing to relocate to the Exeter area in Devon.


Responsibilities

As the Deputy General Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities include,

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Collaborating closely with departmental managers
  • Ensuring the delivery of overall financial objectives.
  • You will uphold brand standards
  • Support the delivery of capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
  • Foster productive and harmonious relations with all colleagues.
  • Deliver high service standards in line with our member’s expectations and be a positive ambassador and role model for our company colleagues.
