Investment Banking M&A Vice President - Natural Resources (Metals & Mining)


Our client, a global independent investment banking firm, is actively hiring an Vice President (VP) to join their Natural Resources (Metals & Mining) mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team in London.


Requirements for consideration

  • Excellent understanding of the Metals & Mining sector (precious metals in particular).
  • Understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
  • Ideally 6+ years in Advisory (M&A).
  • Manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
  • with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.


The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be largely deal execution focused, managing junior bankers in the team.
