ERP Implementation Consultant

This is a newly created position for an ERP Implementation Consultant with an Innovative UK based technology solutions company, who have close ties to the utilities and energy sectors.
The focus of this role is to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused, ERP products which embrace technology and deliver efficiencies.
The individual in this role will support all stages of the implementation lifecycle including:
- Gather customer requirements
- Configure the solution to meet documented stakeholder requirements
- Product Testing, deployment and post go live support.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify risks and communicate issues to the Project Manager
- Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
- Provide stakeholders with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas.
The person in this role will ideally have worked with ERP solutions either in a technical or analytical capacity. Any knowledge of the following would be beneficial but not essential:
- Business process mapping
- Change management.
- Relational databases
- SQL
- ERP Software
