Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of financial and technical project management. You will oversee everything from tender evaluation to cost management, ensuring financial performance and maximizing value. Your responsibilities will include: • Measuring and pricing tenders • Managing projects from inception to completion • Identifying margin improvement opportunities • Overseeing subcontractor accounts • Preparing applications for payment • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
What We’re Looking For: • Professional qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent • Experience in construction contracts, particularly refurbishment and retrofit • Strong skills in commercial management and procurement • A proactive team player with excellent time management and IT skills, especially in Excel
