Experience
- Assessment management, facility audits and health & safety requirements experience
- Activities with key service providers and suppliers
- Organising, prioritising and managing multiple tasks and deliver within project constraints.
- approach integrating with Whole Vehicle – Acoustics Head of Department, Functional Manager, Technical Manager and Engineers.
- Ability to collaborate and influence to deliver requirements with stakeholders across the business
- Self-starter with a customer-focused mind set.
- Communication skills
- Attribute development knowledge in key attribute area (e.g. Aero-acoustics, Road Noise, Powered Ancillaries, Ride Comfort, Powertrain, Sound Quality, Squeak & Rattle)
- Experience supporting in supporting physical development testing would be an advantage
- Test component and system technical specifications would be an advantage
- Working and Influencing Skills to meet frequently changing priorities
- Driving Licence
