Role Overview:
Fintech/Regtech
We are seeking a product Manager with a minimum of two years experience to join our team, focusing on one of our surveillance SaaS product. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, development, and successful delivery of this product. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executives, to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our regulatory products
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:
- Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and the product specialist to gather product requirements and feedback.
- Translate client needs and market demands into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to prioritize and refine feature backlog based on business value and feasibility.
Product Development and Delivery:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements, adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets high standards of usability, functionality, and performance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics, conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, conduct user research, and perform market validation to drive iterative product enhancements.
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
Requirements:
- Must work at least three days a week in Reading office
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in SaaS product management.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Successful performance in this role will open opportunities for career progression, including the chance to take on more challenging roles such as being a Senior Product Manager. The highest position within the company is Chief Product Officer.
