About the Role

Be part of building something new. As the first full-time technical hire in a startup initiative, within a larger organization, you'll play a pivotal role in developing a wellness-focused mobile app that helps users cultivate healthy habits through personalized guidance. You’ll influence both the product and team, shaping the foundation for long-term success.


What You'll Do

  • Lead full-stack development of a cutting-edge intermittent fasting app designed to support users with insulin resistance.
  • Collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team—including a product designer and manager—to define and build features that deliver real value.
  • Engage directly with users to understand their needs and test solutions.
  • Contribute to team growth by assisting in recruiting efforts as the initiative expands.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in an Agile environment, with strong mobile app development expertise.
  • Proven experience deploying applications on Google Play and the App Store.
  • A strong grasp of technical architecture, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
  • Proficiency in a range of technologies, such as React Native, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, etc.), and mobile stacks like Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Familiarity with microservices and event-based distributed systems.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, with occasional calls in late afternoon or evening hours.
