Techno Functional Consultant- Senior:

  • Expertise on UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central suites v6.x, v7.x, v8.x along with its proprietary tools like Dell Boomi, WIM, Configuration Manager, Database Manager etc.
  • Experience in migration from WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
  • Strong functional experience in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduler
  • Strong knowledge in Dell Boomi integration
  • Worked on requirement gathering and implementation of integration and data migration for different upstream and downstream applications used by the client for HR and payroll process
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; works well with others in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Working with clients on requirements gathering, creating design docs and implementing.
