As our Head of Talent Delivery, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on the recruitment aspects you love most.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into talent pools and create comprehensive market maps
  • Engage and nurture relationships with top-tier active and passive candidates
  • Meticulously qualify candidates against detailed job briefs
  • Uncover valuable market intelligence to support our Business Development Managers
  • Shepherd candidates through a seamless recruitment process
  • Deliver compelling offers and secure references



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in recruitment research and resourcing, particularly in digital landscapes (marketing, creative, data, product/tech)
  • Sharp eye for detail and genuine interest in people
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
  • Driven, tenacious, and process-oriented
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities



While this role doesn't involve direct business development, your insights and closing skills will be crucial in securing top talent and supporting our growth.
