🗝️Key Deliverables:


  • Project Management: Oversee design, construction, and early-stage operations of a facility with an annual output of 100,000 tonnes.
  • Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans.
  • Execution: Ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion.
  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment and manage resource allocation.
  • Compliance: Implement sustainable and regulatory-compliant processes.
  • Reporting: Measure project performance and report to management.
  • Risk Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks.



🧑‍🤝‍🧑Candidate Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of project management in manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Operational Transition: Oversee the facility’s initial operational phase to ensure a smooth transition and handover to the operational team.
