In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, challenge conventional practices, and influence decision-making processes through incisive analysis and clear communication. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software development projects, technical acumen in modern platforms and tools, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive project plan using tools like Jira, Monday.com, and Notion.
- Identify and assess risks, provide strategic mitigation plans, and oversee governance for all project deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to scope, objectives and program budget.
- Leverage hands-on experience with REST APIs, backend services, and external SDKs
- Lead structured problem-solving workshops and facilitate discussions using management consulting frameworks/practices.
- Assess systems workflows and performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Challenge the status quo by diagnosing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions with a strong focus on ROI and scalability.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and materials for the Program Sponsor and Steer Committee using tools like Miro or Asana for collaborative visualisations and Confluence/Notion for documentation.
- Summarise findings and recommendations from the technical audit in a clear and impactful manner.
- Present complex technical findings to non-technical audiences in a concise and accessible way.
- Oversee technical governance (reports, goals, standards, etc.) and client onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage program timelines and budget.
What You'll Bring To Us:
Technical Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development projects, with proven technical expertise.
- Prior involvement in technology modernisation programs is essential.
- Strong track record in managing senior stakeholders and driving results in complex projects.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and external SDK integration.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or other API testing tools.
- Proficiency in Jira, Monday.com, or Notion for task management and progress tracking.
- Experience with Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart for documentation and collaboration.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A consultative mindset, capable of influencing without direct authority.
- Confidence in challenging the status quo and advocating for effective solutions.
Other Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and QBRs.
- MBA or Management Consulting experience - PLUS.
Leadership and Management:
- Proven Technical Management Skills: Demonstrate a record in managing technical projects, budgets, releases, risks, and client relationships.
- Technical Team Leadership: experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Show a strong desire to develop a career as a leader and guide others towards success.
Additional Considerations:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Travel: willingness to work from client offices and travel to other Parser’s locations.
