Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and propose innovative CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and relevant programming languages.
  • Demonstrated experience leading CRM implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
