A great client of mine are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst on a freelance basis to join them in their London office to drive improvements in their financial technology platforms and data solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to support SaaS, reporting, and data integration projects, managing end-to-end process documentation.
  • Identify and map business processes using UML, focusing on data flows and automation potential.
  • Work with architecture teams to propose process improvements and automation solutions, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the main contact for communicating process changes, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and execute test strategies for new systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Integration requirements to bi-directionally integrate their CRM to the new Investor Portal.


Key Experience

  • Experience implementing new SaaS portals
  • Strong experience in SQL (T-SQL)
  • Experience with API Documentation
  • Understanding of JSON
  • Experience with Snowflake would be beneficial
