As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.


We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong focus on technical drawings and proficiency in design software. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, extensive experience in creating comprehensive drawing package, and the ability to translate concepts into precise technical drawings. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, construction methods, and the latest industry software.


Key Responsibilities.


- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and project goals are met.

- Develop detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

- Utilize advanced design software (Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to create accurate and high-quality design documents.

- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with technical drawings and specifications.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.


Qualifications.


- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design with a focus on technical drawings.

- Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.

- Portfolio showcasing a range of technical drawings and completed projects.
