Here at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for a HSEQ professional to come in at Advisor/Consultant level on a major retail & corporate banking account.


We offer Engineering and Cleaning services across the client's UK estate which consists of a large branch network plus a number of larger, corporate offices,


The account is serviced via a mix of site based staff and mobile service teams.


It is imperative to have a strong account embedded HSEQ function to oversee and manage risk, in this role you will support FM teams, but also will engage closely with the client at multiple levels from your peer at customer side to end users on the site.


This is a fantastic role for a developing, qualified HSEQ professional to join a major, prestigious account working for a world renowned FM service provider.


Actions will include:

  • Support, coach and mentor the Account operational teams and provide competent HSEQ advice
  • Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ information and statistics
  • Leadership of the UK Management System and client Key Controls
  • Ensure compliance with the employer's certified Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Implement and monitor an internal audit programme
  • Lead on environmental compliance and Aspects & Impacts management
  • Embed employer HSEQ programmes
  • Lead incident escalation, investigation, root cause analysis, Lessons Identified and Incident Review Panels (IRP) for the account
  • Drive a consistent approach to HSEQ and collaborate with Operations Performance teams and central functions


We need from you:

  • HSEQ qualification, plus some clear experience, ideally within the FM sector
