This is a key leadership role where you’ll be driving the science and innovation behind the next generation of supplements. You’ll lead the development of new products and help optimize existing lines, with a strong focus on reducing costs while maintaining top-tier quality.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain.
The business operates internationally, so experience with global markets and regulations is important. The ideal candidate will have a background in supplements, minerals, or sports nutrition and a good understanding of the science that goes into making effective and safe products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new products and innovations, from concept to market launch.
Manage cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring product quality and compliance with global standards.
Collaborate with international teams to develop products tailored for various markets.
Oversee multiple projects, including exciting new product launches planned for the next 12-18 months.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across different regions.
What They’re Looking For:
Significant experience (8+ years) in the supplements, minerals, or sports nutrition space.
Strong technical background in product development and innovation.
Experience working with international markets and navigating global regulatory landscapes.
Proven ability to lower costs without compromising on quality.
Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
