This is a busy, patient-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring every individual receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a calm, welcoming and professional presence in what can often be an emotional and sensitive journey.Key Responsibilities:Greeting patients and managing check-ins in a friendly and reassuring mannerBooking and managing appointmentsRegistering new patients and updating recordsHandling payments and providing information on clinic servicesManaging incoming calls and email enquiriesSupporting patients throughout their treatment journeyWorking closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operationsAbout You:Bubbly, confident and highly professionalStrong communication and administrative skillsAble to remain calm, organised and compassionate in a fast-paced environmentExperience as a Medical or Private Healthcare Receptionist is desirableComfortable learning new systems and processesPassionate about delivering exceptional patient careIf you enjoy being busy, love supporting patients, and want to be part of a friendly, state-of-the-art clinic where care and compassion come first, we’d love to hear from you.
