Curated is excited to be partnering with a sustainability and climate-focused tech company poised for their next stage of growth. Backed by strong private equity funding and profitable for over four years, this organization has hundreds of thousands of UK and EU-based monthly active users (MAUs) using their App.


With ambitious plans to expand to over 15 countries in the coming months, they're now seeking a talented Product Manager to take ownership of their B2C App across iOS and Android.


In this role, you’ll lead the App Product strategy, working closely with the CPO and CEO to shape and execute the product vision. You’ll collaborate across teams, including Hardware/Firmware and B2B Product, ensuring a seamless integration of ideas and innovations that enhance the user experience.


Initially landing as an Individual Contributor, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and leading a dedicated App Product team as the business scales further.


The ideal candidate will be a Senior Individual Contributor or Product Leader with significant experience in B2C app development, ideally within products that serve hundreds of thousands of users, or millions of users. You’ll have a strong track record of driving growth and engagement in consumer-facing applications and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a Leadership or Senior level, with the ability to thrive in a high-performing IC role.
  • Significant B2C App experience, whether independently owning a product with a large user base or holding a key role in scaling products with MMAUs.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear strategies.
  • Experience in scale-up environments, navigating the challenges of rapid growth and contributing to product development at pace.
  • A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in using analytics and user insights to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • A passion for sustainability and climate-focused initiatives, with a desire to make an impact in a purpose-driven organization.
