Our client, a global real estate services provider, is seeking an experienced Rural Valuer to join their multi-disciplinary Sevenoaks office. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in developing their rural consultancy business across Kent, East Sussex and eastern Surrey.
Position Overview
As a Rural Valuer, you will provide expert consultancy services for rural and residential properties across South East England, working closely with the wider rural consultancy and valuation team to deliver high-quality advice and valuations to clients.
Responsibilities
- Value rural and residential assets across the region
- Conduct compulsory purchase negotiations and expert witness work
- Build longstanding relationships with banks, solicitors and clients
- Collaborate with rural and residential teams in Sevenoaks
- Become the go-to professional for rural advisory services
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- Excellent analytical skills and report writing abilities
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Deep understanding of rural property and agricultural markets
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
- Innate curiosity and drive to deliver efficient solutions
- Valid UK driving licence
