In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing our Financial Close and Consolidation Solutions (FCCS) within Oracle EPM. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the effective implementation and optimization of FCCS solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of FCCS analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM FCCS solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Oversee system configurations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the FCCS platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal policies.
  • Stay current with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Oracle EPM, specifically FCCS.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in configuring and managing FCCS solutions.
  • Previous experience leading a team or acting in a senior capacity within a technical environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
