Our client, a progressive law firm, is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in shaping and expanding the firm's Real Estate practice, with a focus on delivering high-quality advice on leases, rent reviews, dilapidations, renewals, and landlord-tenant disputes. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Handle high-value and complex Landlord and Tenant cases, providing expert guidance on intricate property matters.
  • Client Development: Drive client engagement, leverage existing relationships, and actively seek new market opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with firm leadership to grow the Landlord and Tenant practice area and enhance the firm’s reputation in the real estate sector.
  • Innovation Focus: Utilise legal technology advancements to streamline services, supporting the firm’s goal of offering modern, efficient solutions.
  • Mentorship: Lead and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Experienced Partner: Proven background as a Partner in Real Estate, with a deep focus on Landlord and Tenant law.
  • Client Following: Established client portfolio and strong market connections within the sector.
  • Technical Specialist: Extensive knowledge of UK property law and the ability to handle complex legal issues with practical solutions.
