They are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Manager/Agent to oversee and grow a diverse roster of talent, ranging from micro to macro influencers and household name celebrities/figures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of digital talent and influencers, overseeing all aspects of their professional careers
• Guide clients in expanding their personal brands, developing long-term strategies for growth
• Secure and manage high-value partnerships and collaborations with leading brands across social media and digital spaces, ensuring alignment with clients’ images and goals.
• Identify and onboard emerging talent in social media and digital platforms, nurturing new clients to expand the agency’s roster

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management,
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to draw up and amend contracts
• Aproven track record of successfully guiding and growing careers of digital talent
• Deep familiarity with up-and-coming creators across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the latest social trends
