This global strategy consulting firm supports clients across life science, healthcare, retail, finance, energy, and transport.


They are looking for a Data Science Lead / Associate Director to lead their team, with the opportunity to share the role as you progress.



Responsibilities:

  • Delivery projects to solve commercial problems, identifying opportunities to leverage Data Science techniques.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, design, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Manage, mentor and coach the Data Science team
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in ML/AI, and related fields to keep the company at the forefront of technological advancements
  • Interact and present to stakeholders using data analysis, to help them make informed decisions and drive business growth.



Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
  • Good knowledge of ML/AI state-of-the-art, principles, practical applications and limitations
  • Deep commercial and strategy knowledge
  • Technical leadership, strong communication skills, mentoring experience
