Resourses Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resources Manager to join a leading international law firm, to establish and embed a new resource management function, including setting up new processes, educating on best practice and managing change.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

• act as a trusted advisor in respect of strategic manpower planning and resourcing.
• liaise with senior stakeholders to identify and scope future resourcing requirements across a national team.
• the implementation and embedding of ways of working and technology solutions to improve the efficient and effective working of the team, and its profitability.
• resourcing conflicts by being creative and innovative in the use of resource as well as identifying possible issues before they escalate.

The successful application will have gained the following relevant experience:

• people management skills with the ability to influence decision and outcomes at a senior level.
• of the implementation of business change programmes.
• Resource Management experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment.
