Digital Natives is a Social-First Creative Agency based in East London. Our rapidly growing tribe works together to create best-in-class social campaigns for global brands, covering beauty, food & beverage and consumer goods.

WHO WE'RE SEARCHING FOR

The role of Account Manager is a mid-level position in our Account Management team. Reporting into a Business Director, you will work alongside other members of the team on a range of projects and client accounts within our portfolio.

In this role you'll be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects - from briefing designers, copywriters and content creators, to understanding and creating budgets and timelines. You'll act as the bridge between departments, and between the agency and our clients. You will help to build strategic plans, co-ordinate the resources needed to deliver creative work, ensure projects stay within budget, and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of our work.

This role offers you an exciting opportunity to add value to our clients from day one. You'll lead in meetings and briefings, as well as acting as a key client contact and relationship manager. It will be your job to maintain high client satisfaction across your clients, ensuring strong client relationships. As a varied and cross-departmental role, this position will require a solid understanding of social media marketing and how businesses operate. It will be your job to uncover and understand what makes our clients tick, and begin learning how to develop and grow accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage the smooth delivery of projects, retainers and work within the agency
  • Ensuring projects  are delivered within budget, according to timeline, and to a high standard.
  • Liaise with and manage creative, strategy, and production teams on a day-to-day basis,
  • Acting as the bridge between departments and driving campaigns and  projects forward
  • Collaborate with the finance dept, sharing weekly finance updates and monitoring budget spend
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and acting as  an ambassador for Digital Natives
  • Lead client comms; including briefings, calls, status updates and washup reports

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW  (TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS):

  • 3+ years experience in a client facing role, within an agency environment
  • Prior experience in social media marketing
  • A keen interest in social media, marketing, and understanding of digital and social platforms 
  • A proactive approach and excellent organisational skills in managing projects 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects simultaneously 
  • Effective team player 
  • A keen attention to detail 
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment

SALARY RANGE:

  • £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
