Responsibilities:
- Source suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system to find the best candidates for the job.
- Grow engagement on social media.
- Travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and across Europe.
Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
- Resilience, with a growth mindset.
- Enthusiastic and passionate approach in everything you do.
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person. Being able to get on with people is key.
- Business acumen and be social media savvy
- Due to the nature of our marketplace, familiarity with European culture and business is advantageous.
- European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
- Recent graduates/school leavers with excellent grades as well as experienced applicants with a successful track record in sales or customer service environment should apply.
