Specialising in video production, our passionate and talented team of Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, and PR & Comm. specialists consistently work to deliver high-quality, innovative films to global brands and clients including Paramount Pictures, Bentley, and Longines. We have offices in Elstree (HQ) and Soho, with a hybrid working schedule.
ROLE SUMMARY:
Sassy Films is looking for a strong creative and enthusiastic Designer to join our growing team. Working alongside a full-time creative and design team, you will play a key role in developing the creative vision and direction of our company and helping us to make brilliant work that stands out. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple mediums, including print, digital, OOH, campaign and social assets, ideation, pitch presentations and corporate Communications.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating closely with other designers, cross-functional teams, internal and external clients, to deliver jobs within brief and on time.
- Day-to-day design development and art working of key assets (brand presentations, digital brochures, pitch presentations, print materials) for brand, digital, marketing, and communications assets.
- Developing creative solutions for presentations that effectively deliver complex information in digestible ways.
- Navigating brand guidelines for various clients, ensuring consistency and managing your own quality control.
- Bringing your experience, creative ideas and problem-solving skills to provide relevant and valuable input on all the projects.
- Working autonomously on several projects simultaneously, communicating status, managing deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and best practices to excite the team.
- Be fast and reliable, comfortable working under pressure when needed.
- Always comply with company values and standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience working across a broad spectrum of clients, in a fast-paced agency or production environment.
- Strong portfolio of work including layout, typography, presentation design and branding
- All Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) as well as Microsoft Office PowerPoint is essential
- Ability to develop infographics, data visualizations, animation, and interactive navigation within presentations
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, hierarchy, layout, colour theory, and visual signposting
- Some broader graphic design experience with other OOH, print and multimedia
- Confident working with art directors/ copywriters, developing narratives and assessing brand tone of voice
- Ability to brainstorm and assist in the ideation and conceptualization of a project
- Strong attention to detail and established creative identity.
- Strong communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Must have a willingness to work long hours as needed, often under pressure.
