We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Manager to join our project management team. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of projects, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and communication between teams is seamless. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of project timelines, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Flow Management: Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of tasks within the project management team and other departments (e.g., creative, development, marketing).
- Resource Allocation: Work closely with department leads to ensure resources (designers, developers, content creators) are assigned to projects based on availability, skillset, and project needs.
- Timeline Oversight: Monitor project timelines and track progress to ensure on-time delivery. Identify and address bottlenecks or potential delays.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams (e.g., marketing, development, creative) to ensure clear, consistent communication about deadlines, task status, and deliverables.
- Prioritisation: Maintain a master project schedule and prioritise tasks based on urgency, client deadlines, and business objectives.
- Traffic Management Software: Utilise traffic management and project tracking software (Teamwork) to maintain task organisation and workflow transparency.
- Quality Control: Ensure that deliverables meet the expected quality standards before final submission or client delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve workflow conflicts, adjust schedules as needed, and provide solutions to resource challenges.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the project management team and senior leadership on project status, resource availability, and potential risks.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to keep all teams aligned and informed.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve workflow issues and keep projects on track.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure project schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations are met.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in traffic management and project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently to ensure timely project deliver.
