Full Stack Engineer – AI/ML


The Associates are looking for a Senior Full Stack engineer with a Backend biased experience. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in in London but who operates internationally.

The entrepreneurs who lead this business are on their 3rd successful venture and we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about sustainability and is looking for stock options.


To be successful as the Senior Full Stack Engineer you will have notable experience on working on projects within a Production environment. You'll be part of a small but growing software team so we're looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment

The core of this role will see you leverage your expertise in ML/AI to introduce new AI features into our product. You will focus on developing and maintaining a Django and Neo4j-based microservice to apply graph algorithms and data science techniques for insight extraction and workflow optimization.


Your core skill set will include:

Postgres, Django, Python, Docker, AWS and React


It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with deep learning and model fine-tuning
  • Experience with CI/CD and task scheduling frameworks
  • Experience in architecting a scalable services utilizing ML/AI
  • Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies
