The Opportunity: In this role, you’ll be part of an ambitious team focused on the intersection of technology and M&A. You’ll lead transaction workstreams, contribute to the success of UK-based and cross-border deals, and work closely with senior management on business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key M&A workstreams, ensuring end-to-end execution from origination to completion
  • Build comprehensive financial models, perform valuations, and prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM)
  • Conduct and manage financial, operational, legal, and tax due diligence processes
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve complex transaction issues and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive business development activities, identifying opportunities and supporting pitch preparation
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their career growth and development


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong academic background, ideally with a master’s in finance, business, engineering, or an MBA; CFA or ACA qualifications are advantageous
  • 3-5 years of M&A experience, particularly in technology-driven transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams in areas like financial modeling and valuation
  • Excellent analytical skills and deep financial acumen in M&A
  • A collaborative and personable approach with a strong interest in technology and M&A
