Marlin Alpha is offering an exciting Partner opportunity for an experienced recruiter or finance professional looking to transition into a startup agency. This is a unique chance to build and grow the business alongside the founder, with the potential for profit-sharing rather than a traditional salary.

Marlin Alpha is a boutique executive search firm specializing in placing top-tier talent within hedge funds, asset management, sell-side institutions, and private equity. With a global focus on financial services, we’re rapidly expanding and are seeking a driven partner to help grow the firm and lead business development efforts.

  • Recruiters looking to embark on a startup recruitment journey, taking on an entrepreneurial challenge with the support of a growing firm.

Role Overview:

This role is remote in the early stages, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As the firm grows, there will be opportunities for in-person collaboration depending on your location and the firm’s strategic needs.

As a Partner, you will:

  • Business Development: Leverage your network and expertise to build client relationships and generate new business
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hedge funds, asset management, sell-side institutions, and private equity roles
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic decision-making and firm growth
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and success of Marlin Alpha
