We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, results-oriented solutions and are seeking an experienced Manager with with a passion for Storytelling, Presentation Design, and Change Communications for high-impact transformation engagements.


About the Role - The Manager, Storytelling, Presentation Design, and Change Communications will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, designing impactful presentations, and supporting client change management initiatives. This role combines expertise in storytelling and visual communication with a strategic approach to change communications, enabling clients to effectively navigate transformation projects. The individual will work closely with consulting teams and clients to ensure stakeholder alignment, engagement, and understanding throughout the change journey. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of management consulting experience.

The role is hybrid (3 days/week in our offices in Central London) and may require some travel across Europe. London based full-time permanent hires only.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Advisory:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on transformation strategies, challenges, and opportunities. Generate simple yet visually appealing collateral necessary for key decision-making activities (e.g. strategy sessions, Board and Senior LT meetings).
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across the client’s organization.

Change Management Communication Support

  • Partner with change management leads to develop communication strategies for transformation initiatives.
  • Design communication materials, including stakeholder updates, newsletters, and training decks, to support change adoption.
  • Assist in developing tailored messaging for various stakeholder groups, addressing concerns and fostering engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement and support

  • Support workshops, town halls, and training sessions by designing materials that drive alignment and participation.
  • Act as a communication advisor to clients, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the change strategy.
  • Provide input on communication timelines and channels to maximize impact.

Storyboarding and Message Design

  • Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to craft clear, engaging narratives that address transformation goals.
  • Design structured storyboards and messaging frameworks to simplify complex ideas and align stakeholders around key objectives.
  • Translate organizational strategies into compelling client-facing deliverables.

Presentation Development

  • Create polished, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations tailored to client needs
  • Incorporate data visualization, charts, and infographics to enhance clarity and impact.
  • Ensure presentations tell a cohesive, engaging story that supports strategic conversations and decision-making.

Continuous Improvement, Thought Leadership and Innovation

  • Stay updated on storytelling techniques, presentation tools, and change communication best practices.
  • Introduce innovative methods for engaging stakeholders and presenting complex transformations.
  • Establish templates, guidelines, and best practices for storytelling and change communication across the organization

Training and Enablement

  • Deliver internal and client-facing training on storytelling, PowerPoint design, and effective change communication.
  • Mentor consulting teams on crafting narratives and aligning presentations with broader transformation goals.


Skills, qualifications, experience

  • 4–8 years in management consulting with a top-tier consulting firm or similar organization.
  • 5+ years specializing in storytelling, presentation design, and change management communications.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in Communications, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) from a top academic institution.
  • Proven track record in client management, delivering results in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change management initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders to create impactful communication materials.
  • Expertise in crafting strategic narratives and designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Mastery of storytelling techniques and change communication tools, with a creative portfolio of design work.
  • Strong analytical skills for distilling complex data into clear, engaging narratives and visuals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Versatile, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities with optimism.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align communication deliverables with business objectives.
  • Impeccable judgment, sound decision-making skills, and a commitment to excellence.
