Job Role: Test Lead with CMS & Umbraco

Location: London Area, United Kingdom -Hybrid

Duration: 6+

Job Description:


Required Competencies

Well versed in multiple styles of Release and Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative

Good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting and Integration technologies

Working knowledge of tools ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. in terms of Test Management and Defect Management.

Experience in applying automated testing principles to the execution of testing

Experience managing and executing string/smoke testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance and regression testing in Digital platforms.

Ability to apply both business and functional knowledge and develop end-to-end testing strategies all using quality processes and methodologies

Experience working with 3rd party applications and the management of 3rd Party software providers in relation to testing

Effective project scoping and delivery

Knowledge in test automation methodologies, frameworks,

DevSecOps will be an added advantage.

Should have good understanding of CMS preferably Umbraco.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 6+ Years of experience and proven record in managing Quality Engineering Teams and Projects.

• 2-5 years' experience in requirements gathering and translating business use cases to testing requirements documentation

• Experience building and developing a high performing Test Team

• Skilled at demonstrating technical applications with non-technical users

• Experience working with the technical team during system design and development activities

• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a global team and manage internal D&T Stakeholders

• Solid networking, influencing & communication skills.

• Experience of working in a distributed environment (e.g. on-shore, off-shore, etc)
