Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Finance Optimisation: Evaluate and enhance supply chain finance processes, improving cash flow and financial resilience.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop strategies aligned with business goals to drive value across the supply chain.
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: Provide data-driven insights through cash flow forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with finance, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Market and Risk Analysis: Monitor trends and advise on mitigation strategies for financial resilience.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure successful end-to-end project management, meeting timelines and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management (MBA or certifications like CIPS, CFA preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in supply chain finance or consulting within multinational environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and process improvement tools.
  • Communication and Leadership: Ability to manage stakeholders and present actionable insights effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly to support international engagements.
