Are you a talented finance lawyer eager to work on groundbreaking transactions and advisory matters in one of London's most prestigious law firms? We are seeking an ambitious individual with 1-5 years PQE to join a renowned Finance Department. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of finance law, advising an impressive client base that includes global banks, corporates, fintech innovators, and investment funds.


Key Practice Areas:

  • Structured Finance/Securitisation: Handling complex and market-defining securitisation deals.
  • Banking and Debt Finance: Advising on sophisticated lending structures for global financial institutions and borrowers.
  • Debt Portfolio Sales: Guiding clients through high-value debt acquisitions and disposals.
  • Real Estate Finance: Structuring and negotiating property financing deals for high-profile projects.
  • Debt Capital Markets: Assisting on cutting-edge debt issuance and regulatory matters.
  • Banking and Finance: Supporting clients across a spectrum of general banking and finance matters.
  • Consumer Lending: Advising on credit card, overdraft, loan, and mortgage regulations and transactions.
  • Corporate Finance: Collaborating on complex corporate transactions with significant financing components.
  • Fintech: Partnering with disruptive fintech clients on regulatory, financing, and product innovation matters.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-5 PQE, ideally with private practice training in a respected law firm.
