Operations & IT Analyst – Circa £30,000 + Excellent Benefits & Flexible Working


Overview:

An excellent opportunity with a globally established, fast growing SME business based in the Otford area. Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to be responsible for providing technical and operational support.


You will be the main point of contact within the business for all IT & Operations related issues and ensure the highest functionality.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of any operations-related queries or issues
  • Configuration and administration of their client’s desktop support environment
  • Assisting with and becoming a key player in the integrity and quality of data within NetSuite ERP & internal systems
  • Create and maintain various operational documents and reports
  • B2B processes and their relationship with Amazon and Amazon Vendor Central
  • Recommend changes or optimizations to workflows, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Operation Manager / Analyst / Executive or in a similar role within a B2B environment
  • Basic understanding of IT and ERP or CRM systems
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Desirable:

  • NetSuite or similar ERP systems experience
  • Degree


Package:

  • Circa £30,000 base salary (depending on experience) + discretionary staff bonus
  • Hours 9am to 5.30pm with 4pm finish Fridays
